  • Rest & Relax: Allow your body time to absorb the effects of your session. Avoid intense activity and heavy lifting for the rest of the day if possible.
  • Eat Lightly: Choose nourishing, light meals post-treatment to support your body’s digestion and detoxification.
  • Avoid Alcohol & Caffeine: Give your body a break from stimulants so it can fully benefit from the calming effects of your treatment.
